Return/Refund Process

Steps to Process a Return/Refund:

    If your product is faulty or non-working, please contact our support team at:

      Please provide the following details:
    • Order number
    • Description of the issue
    • Photos or videos showing the fault (if applicable)
  2. Review Process:
    Our team will review the issue and get back to you within 2 business days. If necessary, we may request further information or troubleshooting steps to confirm the issue.

  3. Return the Product:
    Once you receive a conformation and a postage address , you will nee to create a postage label for the product ( postage costs will be reimbursed if item is deemed faulty)   you will need to ship the product back to us within 7 days. Please ensure the product is packaged securely to avoid any damage in transit.

    • You will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
  4. Inspection and Refund:
    Once we receive the returned product, we will inspect it and process your refund or replacement within 5 business days. Refunds will be credited to your original payment method.
