Return and Refund Policy

At Escooter Hub, we strive to ensure that all our customers are satisfied with their purchases. However, if you encounter any issues with the product, please refer to our return and refund process below.

No Change of mind returns are offered

Steps to Process a Return/Refund:

    If your product is faulty or non-working, please contact our support team at:

      Please provide the following details:
    • Order number
    • Description of the issue
    • Photos or videos showing the fault (if applicable)

  2. Review Process:
    Our team will review the issue and get back to you within 2 business days. If necessary, we may request further information or troubleshooting steps to confirm the issue.

  3. Return the Product:
    Once you receive a confirmation and a postage address, you will need to create a postage label for the product (postage costs will be reimbursed if item is deemed faulty) you will need to ship the product back to us within 7 days. Please ensure the product is packaged securely to avoid any damage in transit.

  4. Inspection and Refund:
    Once we receive the returned product, we will inspect it and process your refund or replacement within 5 business days. Refunds will be credited to your original payment method.
